Jordan grew up in Santa Cruz CA and got a degree from Cal Poly SLO in 2005. He then went on to play football for the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos. After his short but sweet career in Football Jordan settled in Northern CO with his wife and seven children. In 2015 Jordan helped start One Way Community Management! Jordan is an active investor in Real estate in Northern Colorado and has partnered with One Way Community Management to help clients realize their Community goals!

Christina is a Greeley native and proud to serve the Community she grew up in. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Social Science and Sociology BA. Her 10+ years of experience in the field of HOA Management has helped her continue to manage HOA Communities throughout Northern Colorado and grow her portfolio. Christina enjoys connecting with new people and serving the communities and Board's that she works closely with.

Christina has been married to her husband for 12 years and they share 2 kids together. Christina enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her time off. She also enjoys spending time outdoors going hiking, camping, boating and watching her kids participate in their various activities.

Dan has been with OneWay since it formed five and a half years ago. He was self employed as a hot air balloon pilot for twelve years, managed the Greeley Mall for ten plus years and has sixteen years management experience in the credit union field. He is also a USN Veteran. He's been married for thirty four years to his wife Deanne.

Lisa Daigle began in the community management field in 2003 in South Texas. Moving back home to Colorado in 2008. Lisa then joined OneWay Community Management in 2017.

As a community manager I enjoy the unique pleasure of being able to collaborate on a daily basis with our professional leadership team, which is comprised of a group of extraordinarily talented individuals, this is the key to our success.

Together we create an effective working environment where we are able to explore, analyze and implement significant improvements to our operational processes and service offerings for strategic direction to enable our communities to thrive

I have a strong passion for community relationships and Board satisfaction. My desire is to keep a personal touch while managing communities.

Peggy has been with OneWay for over 3 years! With years of experience in a financial career background, excelling in these areas is her forte! She performs important day to day operations as far as accounts receivable, collections, and HOA Coordinator for our communities. Peggy takes pride in being a part of the OneWay mission! Peggy has 2 sons, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter who is the light of her life!!

Ysavel was born in Texas and raised in Greeley, CO for most of her life.
Ysavel has been in customer service for 7+ years working in the banking industry. She enjoys speaking with and helping people in the positions she's held previously and carries that skill with her into HOA Management. Ysavel has been with OneWay for a little over one year and enjoys getting to know the owners within the Communities she serves and learning the ins and outs of HOA Management.
